Training Mission: We train emerging clinical scientists (postdocs, residents/interns, PhD students) to do work with the potential to improve the lives of patients with cycle-related affective, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms through mastery of the reproductive psychiatry literature, development of experimental and longitudinal models, and flexible application of the best data analytic tools from quantitative psychology and computational psychiatry.

For interested trainees: Please describe your interests in my laboratory via email at [email protected]. Please be sure to include an up-to-date version of your curriculum vitae.

<aside> 🔄 Please note that prospective graduate students without a primary interest in the relationship between the menstrual cycle and mental health are unlikely to be a good fit for my research mentorship. The menstrual cycle is the main focus of the lab.

If your interests lie primarily in mental health across pregnancy or the menopause, please also consider Dr. Pauline Maki’s laboratory.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois and can provide clinical hours and supervision to interns/residents and postdoctoral fellows seeking licensure.
